The vegan diet has become more and more popular in China during recent years. Still, even if the trend is growing, the mass majority tend to have certain concerns about its taste, nutrition and impact on the body. In this feature, I wanted to shed some light on these concerns in a more playful way. I invited a Chinese celebrity singer who has been practising a vegan diet for years and a passionate chef from one of the leading vegan restaurants in Shanghai to create and demonstrate delicious vegan recipes for our readers, followed by a Q&A part to clear some doubts.
