Miso is a very popular sauce in traditional Japanese cuisine. Being fermented for some time, it’s popularity not only lies in its taste, but also its benefits to our health. Knowing in China, most of us are only familiar with miso soup from the Japanese restaurants, I wanted to introduce this ‘magic sauce’ to more Chinese households. You could mix different kinds of miso sauce to create your own sauce and use it on fish, chicken, in the soup and even in desserts!
