Hotpot is a traditional winter dish for most of the Chinese. Not only because a warm dish is good for our stomach and body in the severe coldness, but also because the happiness and satisfaction it brings! In this feature, the focus I chose was not on the varieties of hotpot across the nation, but how to eat this traditional dish with a modern healthier twist. I invited a young gourmet to share with our readers how to eat deliciously yet more healthily. In addition to the choice of food we put into the pot, the broth and the sauce are equally important!
